Blending Session and Tapas Pairings with Ross Knoll Vineyard!

Join us for an exclusive opportunity to help determine the final blend for one of Ross Knoll Vineyard's wines! Diane Carpenter, the owner of Ross Knoll Vineyard and the Executive Producer of Somm Films, is coming to Atlanta for a unique night of wine education and wine pairing. The evening will begin with tasting barrel samples of Ross Knoll's 2023 single vineyard Pinot Noirs and experimenting with several blends and oak profiles. Votes will be tallied to determine the preferred blend for the next bottling! Following the blending session, guests will enjoy 5 tapas and wine pairings designed to highlight and complement the nuances within Ross Knoll's 2022 portfolio of wines.

Fist course: Bacalao Croqueta: Stuffed w/ a Smoked sea bass & whipped potato served with a Piquillo Pepper Romesco
Pairing: 2022 Ross Knoll Vineyard White Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley

Second Course: Sweet & Spicy Char Siu Glazed Crispy Pork Belly served w/ an Asian pickled veg "relish" on a steamed Open-faced bao bun
Pairing: 2022 Ross Knoll Vineyard Russian River Pinot Noir

Third Course: Slow Cooked Red Wine Braised Duck Agnolotti topped w/ a Hazelnut Gremolata 
Pairing: 2022 RKV Green Valley of Russian River, Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Fourth Course: Roasted Mushroom & Spinach Stuffed Crepe topped w/ a whipped Goat Cheese
Pairing: 2022 RKV Russian River Valley, Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Fifth Course: Pan Seared Beef Bavette w/ a shredded Potato & Cheese Rosti served w/ a Black Garlic Red Wine Demi Glacé
Pairing: 2022 RKV "David's Cab" Single Vineyard, Coombsville, Napa Valley - Barrel Sample
