Guests will be guided through a hands-on mixology experience where you’ll learn, build, and shake each cocktail yourself alongside our team. Throughout the night, we’ll explore tequila and mezcal through four curated cocktails, each highlighting a different expression of agave: A crisp Blanco A smooth Reposado A rich Añejo Finishing with a smoky Mezcal cocktail In addition to the class and cocktail-making experience, guests will enjoy a full dinner buffet, making it a night of great drinks, great food, and a fun deep dive into agave-based spirits.
